LodgeControl Guest Accounting

The accounting system automatically generates sequential invoice and receipt numbers for each batch of entries.

ProForma invoicing allows for the dynamics of practical reservation management, keeping detailed record of future billings while providing for changes without complicating financial accountability.

Entries can be billed to Group, Room or individual Guest accounts.

Invoices and statements can be printed or emailed 'on demand', directly from the LodgeControl system at the touch of a button.

Preset values for Accommodation and meals can be entered into a specially designed 'rate table' and used to determine prices during invoicing.

Personalised messages can be added to invoices and statements on-the-fly.

Deposit requirements can be individually calculated, recorded and merged into correspondence for this reservation.

Posting errors are easily and securely rectified by an automated, self-balancing, 'Debit' and 'Credit' note facility.

For foreign guests the system allows a quick currency conversion for quoting of billed values.
